Upgrade Go Version to 1.23 and Update Dependencies #10

This pull request upgrades the Go version and updates several dependencies to their latest versions:

1. Go Version Upgrade:

Updated the Go version in go.mod from 1.18 to 1.23.

2. Dependency Updates:

Updated the following dependencies:
- github.com/go-chi/chi from v1.5.4 to v1.5.5
- github.com/mattn/go-sqlite3 from v1.14.16 to v1.14.24
- go.uber.org/zap from v1.24.0 to v1.27.0
- go.uber.org/multierr from v1.9.0 to v1.11.0 (indirect)

3. Testing Results:

After upgrading the Go version and dependencies, the application was tested successfully:
- GET, POST, PUT, DELETE operations for /notes worked as expected.
- The calendar service also returned the correct response.
