No link in "If you need additional namespaces follow this link for additional templates"

Expected Behavior

When following https://docs.datadoghq.com/integrations/guide/aws-cloudwatch-metric-streams-with-kinesis-data-firehose/?tab=cloudformation we can provide namespaces. But you can only provide 3 namespaces and if you need more it says:

But there's no link and I could not find more examples in GitHub

Actual Behavior

There should be a link or another template to use

@vvo fix for the docs. There isn't a link to another template, but the best way to currently handle it is to include/exclude additional namespaces via the console.
