feat: Bump `ddtrace` to `1.17.0` #87

What does this PR do?

Upgrades the version of ddtrace to 1.17.0.

Motivation

tracecontext added to the default trace propagation extraction and injection styles in ddtrace,
128-bit Trace ID generation as default.
Otel trace semantic conversions
