way to set the uds path with env variables #679

currently you can set the upd host with DD_AGENT_HOST it would be nice if you could set the socket_path with something like DD_AGENT_SOCKET_PATH

Using env variables helps when there are libraries wrapping the DogStatsd client and they only expose host/port
