Support installing datadogpy package through apt instead of pip

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We would like to install this python library in 24.04 at a system-level since we have a lot of usages.

Describe the solution you'd like Support installing this python library using apt, like

apt-get install python3-datadogpy

in Ubuntu 23.04+

Describe alternatives you've considered

• We considered using virtualenv for each use-case, but we use this library in a lot of scripts that its much easier to install it at system-level.

• We considered using pip install --break-system-packages, but seems like a brittle solution.
