What does this PR do?

Export kSymbolPrepareStackTrace & protect wrappedPrepareStackTrace path

Motivation

Be able to check the kSymbolPrepareStackTrace symbol in the iast part to ensure it has wrapped the prepareStrackTrace function before reset it.
