Is there any settings within Android device can stop datadog monitoring? #2161

Question

We are using Datadog as an observability tool within Android application. The code is enabled only for prod versions. I can see all the RUM events and sessions flowing from all the devices for Prod versions.

But the only below model one of the tester device not seeing the sessions. Tried testing on debug and Prod variants both. However Datadog events are not showing up for this model. Is there any settings within the device can restrict this datadog monitor.

Galaxy S22 Ultra SM-S908E/DS

Hello @manju1375 , There can be several reasons why data doesn't reach our servers :

If the device is offline, or using unreliable network, we simply can't send the data
If the device is low on battery (less than 10%) or if the Power Save Mode is enabled on the device, we don't send any data to preserve the battery life
We've heard that some networks have a ban on our intake urls, which prevent the data from being sent

If this situation persists, try contacting our support directly, and mention this ticket, so that we can try deeper analysis.
