Add Performance Report

What and why?

We've measured performance and impact in the early stage of SDK v2, but unlike Android, we never shared the report.

Review checklist

• [ ] Feature or bugfix MUST have appropriate tests (unit, integration)
• [ ] Make sure each commit and the PR mention the Issue number or JIRA reference
• [ ] Add CHANGELOG entry for user facing changes
