chore: Add Demo Data sample #90

What and why?

This adds an application to the Samples directory to populate the Demo environment with data and show an end to end sample. Additionally, it will be used for E2E tests in the near future.

This is not the complete application, but sets up the skeleton which we will build off of, so I'm submitting it for review before it gets too big.

I'm going to merge this one in as it's WIP anyway, and there's some instability switching branches at the moment with this project. I'll address comments in the next PR. Thanks @marco-saia-datadog
