Support for Sarama Consumer Groups #1928

I would like very much to have support for Sarama Consumer Groups. There is an outstanding PR for this: https://github.com/DataDog/dd-trace-go/pull/1394/files

It hasn't seen much movement in quite a while. Maybe someone could look at it?

I'm not really qualified to address it myself.

Unfortunately it's going to take some time to look into this considering the performance issues that were discovered while implementing this, based on the comments in that PR. Rest assured that it's on our TODO list though, and we'll keep you updated on movement with this.
