After removing postgres.d/conf.yaml file instances were successfully picked up from postgres.d/conf_aws_aurora.yaml.
Customer requested to update the doc "Configuring Database Monitoring for Amazon Aurora DB Clusters" and mention that if they are migrating to Autodiscovery > postgres.d/conf.yaml file needs to be removed.
