What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

• Customer feedback to add more information on which slo type to choose
• Added best practice information to the comparison guide, and blog post to each of the monitor types
• DOCS-8632

Wasn't the feedback on the checklist page (https://docs.datadoghq.com/service_management/service_level_objectives/guide/slo-checklist/), not this comparison page? Should we move the info you added to step 2 of the checklist page, or maybe even have it in both spots?
