Update for Expo SDK v48

Version 48 was released in February https://blog.expo.dev/expo-sdk-48-ccb8302e231

It's possible that there are no changes required for expo-datadog config plugin. If so it might be worth considering an alternative versioning scheme, to avoid confusion.

Incidentally, I think expo is releasing 49 in a week or two

it's just not registering to GH Releases

Sorry about the fumble in the Github release, support for Expo 48 was indeed released on npm a while ago but the Github release was not created. I've created it now, feel free to open a new issue if you encounter any problem :)
