allow attributes from the data to be set as tags. #27

What does this PR do?

I would like to be able set additional tags to be displayed in datadog when outputting from fluentd.

Motivation

I needed to manually add a processor in datadog for each field. The plugin only let me set static fields. With this change I can map attributes from my json to tags
