change min required fluentd version #45

Using v0.12.1 with fluentd v1.3.1 didn't work. Upgrading to 1.9.1 seemed to fix the issue.

Perhaps this has to do with changes to out_http since 1.7.0: https://docs.fluentd.org/output/http

What does this PR do?

Updates documentation

Motivation

Plugin was not working with fluent/fluentd:latest image

Apologies for the long delay in review on this one @ben-bourdin451 . I tried this today and was able to successfully use v0.12.1 of the plugin with fluentd 1.3.1 though so I'm unable to reproduce this issue. If you do circle back around to this two years later 😅 , I'd love to hear more about what didn't work for you.

no problem, these versions are probably obsolete now and I have no recollection of the details 🙂
