Describe what happened: dd_sourcecategory isn't optional, it should be.

Describe what you expected: I expected fluentd to start without it defined

Steps to reproduce the issue: Start fluentd using 0.10.0 of this plugin.

Additional environment details (Operating System, Cloud provider, etc):
