[PRODUCTSA-1093] Update OPW chart for v2 release

What this PR does / why we need it:

• Remove remoteConfigurationEnabled and pipelineConfig values: OPW2.0 is RC only
• Bump chart version and appVersion to 2.0.0

Special notes for your reviewer:

Manually tested on EKS and GKE (K8S v1.27)
