New DD_ENABLE_HEROKU_POSTGRES / DD_ENABLE_HEROKU_REDIS have no effect

Hi there,

When trying enable postgres, and redis monitoring for our heroku instance. We noticed that the following environment variables had no effect on the instance:

• DD_ENABLE_HEROKU_POSTGRES
• DD_ENABLE_HEROKU_REDIS
• DD_POSTGRES_URL_VAR

Only when we additionally provided:

• ENABLE_HEROKU_POSTGRES
• ENABLE_HEROKU_REDIS
• POSTGRES_URL_VAR

Do the conf.yaml files get created and populated with information.

Thanks for the quick response. I just double checked, and we're running a forked version of the buildpack. So I'm going to quietly close this 👯‍♂️
