Build step is very slow...

get data on each image build time
pre-build them, and use pre-build images

As we are adding more scenarios to run things get more duration sensitive, so I have started working on that, using dd-trace-rb as starting ground: https://github.com/DataDog/dd-trace-rb/pull/2738
