Improve docs and notifications #77

@daisukixci I can fix the English, that is easy. Could we also please improve the notification script as follows?

  1. Trigger notifications only for gpg signing, not also verification, in git.
  2. The notification boxes need an X close button.
  3. The notification boxes should not be clickable to open the AppleScript editor.
  4. Turn on notifications for using authentication subkey during SSH.

Let's merge this one since it has a fix, will do another PR to improve the notification
