feat: create acceptance tests

You can find the following in this PR:

• Refactor the architecture in order to Mock the datadome-client-go
• Create generic interface for the APIs
• Create Acceptance tests for the ResourceCustomRules
  • Add test on CRUD operations
  • Add test on the parameters validation
• Update the Makefile to lint the common directory
• Update dependencies

Keep this PR to draft until the following tasks are not yet implemented:

• Unit test on the providerConfigure function are done
• Acceptance test on the providerConfigure function are done
• The tests are run in a GitHub Actions
• The code coverage can be seen on the PR (optional?)
