OneDB and sample apps could have English strings translatable to other languages in OneDB data explorer, or separate translation app.

OneDB database explorer is very user friendly. I have tried finding good webbased MongoDB editor, but PHP-based I tried did not work. There is some desktop based software but those seem to be too complicated to setup and use for me.

Totally agree here. It looks like Angular has a translation plugin.
