Those stickers will help visualize if a team is balanced in terms of skills:

Colors may not be sufficient to distinguish between: "Idea provider", "developers", "designer", "marketer"
Need some funny names to write on. I am sure creativity won't be a problem here :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
