More materialization fixes. #997

Major issue:

  1. Materialization queries for a transform node should not query from its own materialized tables.

Minor issues:

  1. Add blank target to backfill run instance links.
  2. "Better" close the Run Backfill popup window.
  3. Look back window in main workflow does not seem to be incorporated.
