These questions focus on the experience of different racial groups in the survey. They are mostly computational questions that can be presented in a table or a concise visualization.

Comparison Question:

  1. How do Black and Latina women compare with white women when considering their experience regarding equity in compensation?

Overall:

  1. What percentage of technologists who plan to stay in the field have someone they trust that can help them develop a plan to get promoted at work?
  2. What percentage of technologists who plan to stay in the field have someone they trust that can give them career advice?

Black:

  1. What percentage of Black technologists who plan to stay in the field have someone they trust that can help them develop a plan to get promoted at work?
  2. What percentage of Black technologists who plan to stay in the field have someone they trust that can give them career advice?

Latina:

  1. What percentage of Latina technologists who plan to stay in the field have someone they trust that can help them develop a plan to get promoted at work?
  2. What percentage of Latina technologists who plan to stay in the field have someone they trust that can give them career advice?

Black (Conditional Subset):

  1. Of Black full-time workers who have been in their roles at the Intermediate level - 5-10 years, Mid-career level - 11-20 years or at the Senior-level - 20+ years, what percentage have been promoted in their current role?
  2. Of Black full-time workers who have been in their roles at the Intermediate level - 5-10 years, Mid-career level - 11-20 years or at the Senior-level - 20+ years, what percentage have been promoted in their current role?

Latina (Conditional Subset):

  1. Of Latina full-time workers who have been in their roles at the Intermediate level - 5-10 years, Mid-career level - 11-20 years or at the Senior-level - 20+ years, what percentage have been promoted in their current role?
