Identify consumer data associated with risk behaviors for GEOIDs #39

I've never been able to find block/BG/Tract level data for many of the possible variables identified--I looked for previous projects. It is possible to infer some of the data. For instance, the CDC produces very high level data about smoking practices that could be used to create high level index scores. https://www.cdc.gov/tobacco/campaign/tips/resources/data/cigarette-smoking-in-united-states.html so if a Block had household income below $35,000, educational attainment High School Diploma (or below), high Native American or Mixed ethnicity, and is in the Midwest or South... high uninsured or medicaid coverage, and high single/divorced rates, it would get a higher smoking index score (based upon the national trend data included). I'm sure we can identify some similarities like that for other risk factors. Space heaters or stoves/ovens used for primary heating source is a useful variable from the American Housing Survey
