Image segment profile: point coordinates inversion #88

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open an image
  2. Click on "Operations" > "Intensity profiles" > "Segment profile"
  3. Draw a segment, from bottom left to top right
  4. Validate the dialog
  5. Repeat step 2.
  6. The segment is inverted (from top left to bottom right)
