[Bug] [JobAlert] The alert go to task web url is error #3855

What happened

The alert go to task web url is error, instead of getting the object of DinkyAddr, we should get its value. The error is as follows：

What you expected to happen

Get the correct DinkyAddr url.

How to reproduce

It can be verified when the task alarm is triggered.
