What happened

注册中心 - 文档模块下的菜单栏，选择了文档类型后，子类型的下拉菜单不会跟着刷新 dinky

What you expected to happen

如上

How to reproduce

选择文档类型为【代码片段】，子类型跟着刷新为：Flinksql、FlinkJar...
