rename plan2sobp #704

often plans are not sobp, so plan2sobp is not a good name

suggest plan2spotlist

yes, fine with me.

And maybe it should be moved to dicomfix , but not sure if this is a good design to have it there.

Yes, it may be good idea to move it out of pymchelper.
