I've written up a Hackpad summarizing the changes to the DataONE infrastructure in order to support projects:

We discussed the above summary this week and created GH issues for any remaining tasks. The portal work will also be discussed at the DataONE AHM next week, but those issues can be relayed into new individual GH issues.
