Fix the description for the operator element in FilterType #84

Very minor, but the definition currently says "If more than one value in set on this FilterType, operator specifies if they are AND'ed or OR'ed together". This operator is also used to create a query when more than one value is set on the Filter, so it should say "more than one value or more than one field"
