Add MOSAIC, ARCRC, SENSO, ADCAD, SALMON ontologies to list of built-in ontologies and reindex content #29

v1.0.0 of the MOSAIC ontology is out and we're already annotating with it. It should be added to d1_cn_index_processor and affected content should be reindexed once deployed. We have a crop of new ontologies we should add indexing support for:

MOSAIC
ARCRC
ADCAD
SENSO
SALMON
SASAP

ADCAD is ready and should also be included in this list.

Edited OP to add more ontologies. Working on this this week.

This isusue is ready to close once PRs are merged.
