Clarify ‘election’ reference in community board section #111

As the current Community Board consists of volunteers that have not been elected (as we haven’t yet established an election process) we should not include election (yet).

I took this language from some materials we had shared at our last community meeting. I believe the board members there were 'elected' although we don't have a process in place. Do you have an alternative language suggestion? Happy to edit or leave as future facing process.

How about we leave it a bit soft - perhaps using "nominated" and/or "self-nominated" in lieu of elected at this point?
