fix schema.org harvests

Nodes that utilize the schema.org harvest mechanism seem to not have changed content and are not being harvested, including IEDA_USAP.

• [ ] Determine where the harvest is broken and fix it
• [ ] Ensure that monitoring script accurately reflect harvest status and counts
• [ ] Add check_mk checks that notify us if no new content arrives after several harvest rounds for every "up" node
  • need to determine what qualifies as "up" given different implementation scenarios
