Set up ontologies.dataone.org #14

I set up https://dataoneorg.github.io/sem-prov-ontologies/ so we'd have some place to send folks looking for more information about the ontologies we've produced. It'd be better if it lived under the dataone.org domain rather than github.io. When I built the site, I was hoping we'd eventually host it at https://ontologies.dataone.org and it sounds like we now have some consensus around that now that we've seen and used the site.

The site is currently built with GHA and hosted on GH Pages. It sounds like we should be able to:

@nickatnceas would you be able to set up the CNAME for us?

@nickatnceas set up a cname and I've configured our Pages settings to match. It looks like it worked. e.g., https://ontologies.dataone.org/SENSO.html.
