Configure k8s for updated URLS

The URLS for k8s are currently:

• production:
  • http://docker-ucsb-4.dataone.org:80
  • https://docker-ucsb-4.dataone.org:30443
• dev:
  • http://api.test.dataone.org:80
  • https://api.test.dataone.org:30443

These will be updated to:

• production:
  • http://api.dataone.org:80
  • https://api.dataone.org:443
• dev:
  • http://api.test.dataone.org:80
  • https://api.test.dataone.org:443

To implement this:

• for production:

  • [x] update the LE cert to have these domains:
    • [ ] api.dataoneorg
    • [ ] gnis-ld.org
    • [ ] docker-ucsb-4.dataone.org
  • [x] update the LE cert renewal script to not use port 80
  • [x] update NGINX Ingress Controller to use port 80/443
  • [x] update MetacatUI configurations to use the new URL
    • search.dataone.org
    • knb.ecoinformatics.org
    • arcticdata.io
    • data.ess-dive.lbl.gov

• for development

  • [x] update the LE cert to have these domains:
    • [x] api.test.dataone.org
    • [x] stage.gnis-ld.org
  • [x] update the LE cert renew script to not use port 80
