Metrics service access to private portal content #72

@csjx - @rushirajnenuji has mentioned that the metrics service needs access to private portal content so that metrics can be prepared for these portals. Since this would be needed for any portal on any node, a CN admin token would be required. Could you add access for @rushirajnenuji for these?
