uploadDataPackage() fails with a DOI on windows #207

The failure seems to come from the slash that's present in the DOI:

# librdf error - failed to open file 'C:\Users\joseph\AppData\Local\Temp\RtmpKOFjQG\resource_map_doi_10.5063/F1BV7DRN.rdf26e87a207f10' for writing - No such file or directory
# Error in .local(.Object, ...) : 
#   The "filename" argument value "C:\Users\joseph\AppData\Local\Temp\RtmpKOFjQG\resource_map_doi_10.5063/F1BV7DRN.rdf26e87a207f10" must be for file that exists
