CRAN build errors (temporary) #226

This is just a temporary warning that a couple of the CRAN checks failed as a result of the KNB service interruptions on 7/22, 7/23: https://cran.r-project.org/web/checks/check_results_dataone.html

Now that all services have been restored on KNB, the CRAN check errors should resolve as the checks are rerun by CRAN within the next day or two.
