`rightsHolder` does not persist after running `uploadDataPackage` #292

when creating a new version of a dataPackage that someone else is the rightsHolder of, uploadDataPackage will change the resource map rightsHolder from the previous orcid to the submitter orcid. The rightsHolder should persist between updates.
