Find out which version of ontology was used in annotation and tag #118

We annotated production content with some of the terms of the yet-unreleased salmon ontology and noticed some issues we'd like to address in a future release. Let's set a tag on the version we annotated from just to keep a reference.

I'm not sure which version this is, though I think it's probably just the tip of the feature branch for the ontology.

I grabbed all the URIs we've used in annotations and cross-referenced them with what we have on the tip of the feature-49-salmon-ontology branch and couldn't find 22 of the 77 total URIs in that ontology. I looked at the first of those, http://purl.dataone.org/odo/salmon_000127, and found a likely match with a slightly different URI, http://purl.dataone.org/odo/salmon_00127. The next two I checked had the same difference.

I'm going look tomorrow at previous versions to see if I can find the right version.

I searched git history didn't find any hits for the incorrect URIs but I did find matches in the Google Sheet we used to do the bulk annotation updates. In fact I found them all so I'm convinced that's where the issue came in.

I do want us to have a tag of the version we were theoretically working from so I'm going to tag the tip of the branch just so we have a reference.
