add the ontofox_input.txt files to repo, for ENVO, PATO, UO #36

Imports are created using the ontofox service. but we do not have a good method for keeping track of the settings. the service can be run from the command line (curl), if the inputs are kept in a text file instead of being set ad hoc via the web interface.

eg, curl -s -F file=@"ontofox_input4.txt" -o ontofox_out4.owl http://ontofox.hegroup.org/service.php
