Fixes #40 #27

A small one liner for using ClusterIP. This is in a PR mostly for the record since there was significant discussion about this.

I made this a WIP for visibility-I'll remove it once it's been fully tested.

This has been successfully tested on the development cluster and I've added instructions on how to connect to it (obsoleting the minikube instructions)
