ggplotly and lapply #1

Issue with histograms- seems like Markdown doesn't like lapply(). Must fix for next commit. Worst-case scenario, hard code ggplotly() plots.

Switched back to hard-coding for the time being, as it looks like it isn't that straightforward to do. Focus on more urgent issues, come back to this at a later stage.
