Note there are two .rmd files. One is p03.rmd -- this is the main .rmd file, which shows all my work. The second is p03_essentials.rmd . This just has the main code that I would use when generating data sets for my class. I've taken out all my stray attempts, steps, and commentary. This is more for me than for you but thought you might like to see it.
