This is coming along nicely! Just a few more little things to clarify and then I think we'll be good to merge.

I think this is ready to merge after Travis approves it.

There's still some little things to tweak:

If we are doing AIC + EBIC + internal CV, we need to change the "BIC_searcher" name
In one of the test files, there are two "Case 5" tests

but these can be polished in a later PR.
