Style improvements (tables, collapseblock) + minor things

Most of these rely on the newly-release css in the twin repo.

• (markdown) Table style handling
• collapsible-block styling
• support for arbitrary code-block background color
• changed generic title ("training grounds" -> "Hands-On Labs")
