Release for v4.0.0? #108

From the Compatibility page on the website:

2021-09-10: FixedHeader 4.0.0

    Scrolling now fully supported with FixedHeader
    RowGroup now fully supported with FixedHeader
    Scroller now fully supported with FixedHeader

However, it doesn't appear a release has been cut for that version yet (either here or in the Dist-DataTables-FixedHeader repository). It's also not yet available as an NPM package.

This was also reported in our forums earlier (possibly by yourself?) and I've corrected the compatibility page now. There is no FixedHeader 4 (yet).
