need support Focus/Editing control features on fixed columns.

Agreed. I'll look at this after DT 1.10 ships.

FixedHeader, as of v3, no longer supports fixed columns I'm afraid. They prove to simply be far too complicated (for issues such as the one you raise) and a performance killer.
